Description

The CAPS program places artists in regional schools, after-schools, child care centers, summer camps, and at cultural events. Our program offers artist residencies, workshops, and performances. To schedule an artist visit at your site, contact the Durham Arts Council CAPS office at 560-2718. Early scheduling is advised. The CAPS program provides professional Development workshops to teachers and businesses. There are a wide-range of offerings, from team building drum circles to classroom management & arts integration techniques.
